About the Family A wonderful family in Prosper is seeking a nurturing, experienced infant nanny to care for their 4-month-old daughter through February or March 2027. The ideal nanny will be loving, attentive, and knowledgeable about infant development. The family would love someone who can support their daughter's growth, help her reach developmental milestones, and maintain age-appropriate routines and activities throughout the day. She is a very cuddly baby, so the family is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys providing plenty of affection, one-on-one attention, and responsive care. They hope to find a nanny who becomes a trusted and valued part of their family. Both parents work from home and may occasionally pop in throughout the day, so the nanny should be comfortable working in a home where parents are present. Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care for a 4-month-old infant Support age-appropriate development, play, and milestone achievement Follow the family's established routines and parenting philosophy Provide plenty of cuddling, affection, and one-on-one interaction Communicate openly and honestly with the parents Prepare and wash bottles Complete baby laundry Keep the baby's areas clean, tidy, and organized Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment What We're Looking For At least 18 years of age 2+ years of childcare experience for part-time and babysitting positions 3+ years of childcare experience for full-time positions Strong infant care experience preferred CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification Warm, nurturing, and dependable personality Strong communication skills and a professional presence Ability to follow family routines and parenting preferences Reliable transportation Two childcare references from previous families or clients Ability to pass a background check If you are passionate about infant care and looking for a rewarding nanny opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
