Schedule:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (Approx. 4 hours/day | 12 hours/week)

Compensation:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Overview Our family is looking for a warm, organized, and reliable part-time nanny and household helper to join us starting September 28. We are expecting a newborn in mid-September, and we also have a wonderful 5-year-old daughter who is entering 1st grade. We are looking for a unique dynamic that offers variety. Our goal is to bring someone on while Mom is home on baby bonding leave. This will allow us to build a comfortable rhythm together, keep our 1st grader's busy schedule running smoothly, and establish a solid routine before transitioning to more independent infant care as the baby grows.

Key Responsibilities Childcare & Transportation Support:

Flexible Coverage:

Your primary focus will shift depending on the day's needs. On some days, you will stay home to provide hands-on care for the newborn. On other days, you will accompany Mom to school drop-offs/pick-ups or extracurricular practices to manage the infant while Mom supports our 1st grader.

No Independent Driving Required:

You will not be driving or transporting either child independently. You will simply accompany Mom during trips to practices and school to assist with the infant as needed.

Household Management & Nap-Time Support:

When the baby is napping or when you are scheduled at home without active childcare duties, you will help keep our home functional and organized through light household support:

Targeted Organization:

Reorganizing and tidying pantries, clothing/storage closets, and common areas.

Dedicated Kid Zones:

Daily upkeep, cleaning, and organizing of the kitchen, baby play areas, and the nursery.

Light Support:

Assisting with basic daily tidying and light family meal prep. Who Is a Great Fit?
