Requirements:
- Experience working with students, such as nannying, caregiving, classroom management, behavior management, or babysitting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with children
- Patience and ability to handle challenging behaviors
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
