We have two boys — a toddler and an elementary-schooler — and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around kids and also takes satisfaction in a tidy, well-run home. This is a small, steady commitment: 6 hours per week, 2-3 afternoons into early evening. It's a great fit for someone nearby who wants to add a handful of meaningful hours to their week rather than a full-time job. What you'd do: School pick-up and driving to activities Childcare as needed (playtime, snacks, homework support) Kitchen tidying and general household reset Laundry and light organizing What we're looking for: Warm, patient, and confident with young children Naturally organized — you notice what needs doing without being asked Reliable and flexible Clean driving record and your own reliable transportation Afternoon to early-evening availability, 2-3 days a week Lives close enough to Westlake that the commute is easy We're hoping to find a long-term fit — someone who becomes a trusted, familiar presence for our boys.
