About the Role We are seeking experienced babysitters who have a deep understanding of neurodiverse children, with a strong focus on supporting children with ADHD. This role is ideal for caregivers who bring patience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence to every interaction, and who thrive in dynamic, child-led environments. You are not just supervising, you are creating a safe, engaging, and supportive experience tailored to each child's unique needs.
