Job Description

Job Overview Must be 21 years of age. This is for our Infant and toddler side. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Giver to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will support children's developmental needs through attentive caregiving, educational activities, and positive behavior management. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education and working with children will help foster their growth, curiosity, and confidence. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills. Ensure children's safety by maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment and adhering to safety protocols such as first aid procedures. Support children's emotional well-being through positive reinforcement, behavior management strategies, and active listening. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and bathroom assistance. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns. Collaborate with other caregivers or educators to create a cohesive care plan that supports each child's development goals. Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Certification in first aid and CPR is strongly desirable to ensure safety during emergencies. Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus. Demonstrated ability to engage children through creative activities like arts and crafts, storytelling, or educational games.
