Responsibilities Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email, print, and digital advertising to promote community events and initiatives. Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook to increase visibility and engagement. Work with parishioners to answer questions and make plans for funerals, weddings and general questions regarding facilities. Manage team of volunteers assisting with office duties: answering phones, helping with tasks, maintenance of facilities, and assigned projects. Create compelling content for websites, newsletters, bulletins, blogs, and social media that aligns with organizational goals and resonates with diverse audiences. Able to learn and implement basic data input for Parishioner Data Base (ParishSoft) and enter Envelope Requests. These are both web based programs to enter member information and generate revenue streams. Maintain and notify individuals of Safe Environment training and updates. Oversee the design of promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring visual appeal and brand alignment. Assist with Office Management and coordination of monthly meetings. Create announcements, and liturgy aids for Masses, funerals and weddings. Support the planning of demand generation marketing activities aimed at increasing participation in programs or services offered by the organization. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), content marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns from inception through analysis with a focus on results-driven strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), FlockNote, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms. Experience managing marketing or public relations teams is preferred but not required; strong team leadership skills are essential. Familiarity with implementing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp to optimize outreach efforts. Knowledge of Catholic Liturgies, especially Funerals and Weddings. Excellent Public Relations and Member Services Skills. Excellent content writing skills with an eye for compelling storytelling that inspires action across various channels. Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
