Church Experience is a non-denominational, Bible-teaching, Christian church that holds to historic Christian beliefs. CE is a dynamic, growing church with a modern style and focused on helping more people experience a full life in Jesus Christ! On January 11, 2014 Brandon & Jennifer Bruce arrived in the Clearwater (FL) area with a God-given vision to start a new church. On January 19, 2014, 9 adults and 6 kids gathered in an apartment living room in Clearwater. Then, exactly one year from when the Bruce family arrived, Church Experience launched on January 11, 2015. It was an incredible moment that impacted hundreds of people, but only the beginning of a greater movement to help more people experience a full life in Jesus Christ! In 2019, Church Experience started aggressively moving toward a "Better Together" vision making CE "one church with many experiences". CE is not a denomination, network, or association (we are "one church") and we offer unique customized ministry in each community with a Lead Pastor at each CE location ("many experiences"). New CE campuses are being added regularly through church planting and through mergers. CE is experiencing the first chapter of a great story God is writing through this movement to help more people experience a full life in Jesus Christ! Church Experience now has many locations throughout the US, and each campus has a Lead Pastor who does most of the local preaching (although we do some preaching on video to stay connected as 'one church with many experiences'). CE is one church family with a warm, healthy, and Jesus-centered culture! CE is very upbeat and high energy, but not pentecostal. CE is rapidly building God's Kingdom through planting new campus locations around the US. This Lead Pastor opportunity involves leading (and preaching most of the time) at a CE church that was recently planted in Ridge Manor, FL. Our Mission Support team, and incredible resources we provide would help you grow this local church campus. Our model is to have a Lead Pastor at each CE location who leads and preaches around 70-85% of the time (supplemented by Central Campus teaching videos). High flexibility for envisioning unique local groups, local outreach, building your team, etc... are anticipated, but an incredible amount of time and money are saved by combining things you don't need to replicate since we are "one church" (kids curriculum and background check process, database, tech/software/website, graphic design, lots of supplies, forms/guidelines, online giving, giving statements, collective 501c3/legal, financial reports/tracking, and so many other details than if alternately starting alone). Church Experience is "one church with many experiences". We are looking for a great leader/communicator who loves building God's Kingdom within a healthy team context and doesn't need to do/name/create everything on their own, but still wants to create/speak/lead!
