Job Description

Senior Minister Boyd Christian Church Position Information Position Description:
The Senior Minister of Boyd Christian Church is responsible for: 1. Leading preaching and teaching, effectively communicating God's Word. 2. Managing staff and church leadership, focusing on youth ministries and vision alignment. 3. Building genuine relationships within and outside the church. 4. Representing the church in the community and with external partners.
Application Requirements:
Position Requirements:
  • Vibrant, growing personal faith evident in behavior and decisions; strong family and marital health.
  • Minimum:
    Bachelor's in Ministry from a Restoration Movement College.
  • Preferred:
    Graduate degree and ordination from a Restoration Movement Seminary.
