Part-Time Worship Leader Stone Church is seeking a passionate, Spirit-filled Part-Time Worship Leader who desires to lead people into authentic encounters with the presence of God through worship.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will:

Have strong, confident vocal ability. Be proficient in leading worship from either keys or acoustic guitar . Embrace a Pentecostal theology and have a deep understanding of Spirit-led worship. Demonstrate a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a life of biblical integrity. Work well with volunteers while fostering unity, excellence, and spiritual growth within the worship ministry. Should be familiar with Planning Center and Proclaim, or be willing to learn. Responsibilities Lead or coordinate worship for weekly Sunday services. Schedule worship team members and communicate weekly service plans Lead weekly rehearsals that cultivate both musical excellence and spiritual preparation. Recruit, mentor, and develop new vocalists and musicians. Work closely with the Lead Pastor and church staff to plan worship for sermon series, holiday services, and special church events. Coordinate and provide worship leadership for additional services and events as scheduled. Help cultivate a culture of passionate worship, prayer, and excellence throughout the worship ministry.
