Job Description

Adult Discipleship Minister First Christian Church Position Information Purpose of the Position The Adult Discipleship Minister will work with the elders and ministry staff to provide leadership for the congregation in pursuing its mission of "Reaching the Lost, Teaching the Saved, and Repeating the Process," while striving to uphold the church's core values of Biblical authority, loving all people, faithful service, and unceasing prayer. This position focuses on adult spiritual formation, outreach, pastoral care, and equipping the church for ministry and mission.
