SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP
Praying through the set and building moments Shepherding and care of the worship Difference Makers at your campus 1:1s Difference Maker Appreciation Praying for your team throughout the week Leading weekend teams Lead/Inspire through huddles on the weekend Strong biblical foundation in line with TPCC values and beliefs Leading worship for weekend gatherings and special events Involved in the life of your campus in collaboration with the Campus Pastor and campus team (e.g., attending local team meetings, helping with planning and executing special events
DEVELOPMENT
Develop Difference Makers to TPCC standards Audition and onboarding Difference Makers Run Rehearsals Actively giving feedback to Host + Difference Makers Being attentive to and giving feedback about flow of the gathering
Recruiting and Equipping:
Difference Makers Ministry Partners Onboarding Coaches Active growth in understanding music and equipment trends and their impact on worship spaces
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Maintaining Green Room Spaces Attending campus meetings Ownership of Planning Center for your campus (e.g., scheduling, assigning parts, adding rehearsal tracks, keeping information up to date) Help with creating, preparing, and testing of Ableton and support equipment Sending weekend communication Maintaining campus specific gear Ordering + Replacing gear Scheduling weekend teams Detailed tracking, follow-up, and execution of all gatherings and special event programming details All other Administrative Duties as needed (e.g., Doing receipts each month, Updating work flows in asana, ordering catering, stocking green room)
MISCELLANEOUS
Perform other duties as required. Job description is subject to change based on the organization/department's needs.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Direct report to the Regional Worship Lead and a dotted line to Campus Pastor Participate as a full member of meetings and special events as required Actively engaged at
TPCC REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Relational and team-building skills required Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Must be able to play an instrument (e.g., piano, guitar) Can quickly evaluate multiple scenarios to determine the best possible outcome Ability to be agile in planning and execution. Has the "get-it-done" attitude In-depth understanding of Ableton Knowledge and understanding of instrumentation and vocal arrangements in live spaces Knowledge and understanding of Planning Center Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook Understanding of the Nashville number system
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
3+ years of formal training in a worship related discipline or worship experience 3+ years leading teams of volunteers
