Hospice Chaplain Spiritual support. Compassionate presence. The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and families receiving care in home or facility settings by addressing spiritual needs, offering compassionate guidance, and participating in interdisciplinary care planning to promote quality end-of-life care.
