Job Description

The Village Church is a multi-campus church with ~1,000 people worshiping in person each weekend, located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. We are seeking a Youth Pastor to lead our Middle School and High School ministries (6th-12th grade). You ll shape the spiritual life of our students through weekly services, small groups, mission trips, and retreats - while building a team of adult and student leaders who carry that mission forward.

What you ll do:

Plan and lead weekly MS and HS services (curriculum, worship, teaching, small groups) Recruit, train, and shepherd a strong volunteer team Plan and execute the annual missions trip and Fall Retreat Provide pastoral care, visitation, and follow-up for students and families Build a student leadership pipeline Partner with the Family Ministries team on annual planning and church-wide events What we re looking for: A professing Christian with a heart for discipling teenagers A galvanizing leader who can recruit and develop leaders An organized planner comfortable with budgets, logistics, and event execution
