Job Description

Dynamic Bridge Director (4th-5th Grade) Gold Creek Community Church Position Summary Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for seeing preteens own their faith? We are looking for a dynamic Bridge Director to lead our 4th and 5th-grade students during one of the most pivotal transitions in their lives. In this critical part-time role, you won't just be managing a program; you'll be creating an electric environment where kids develop lifelong friendships and grow deep in their relationship with Christ. If you are excited about building a thriving volunteer team, engaging with families, and making a lasting impact, we want to meet you! Staff Expectations All staff and key leaders at Gold Creek are expected to live in accordance with 1 Timothy 3:1-7 , leading themselves, their ministry, and the church body in alignment with the mission of a New Testament Church.
The Mission:
Your Key Responsibilities 1.
Ignite Leadership & Volunteer Growth Culture Building:
Fuel a thriving ministry by intentionally investing in, developing, and empowering a world-class volunteer team that serves with excellence and contagious passion.
Create Impactful Sunday Experiences Service Innovation:
Execute weekly services with a strategic flow that ensures every game and message works together to create a high-energy, meaningful, and distraction-free worship experience.
Ministry Readiness:
Ensure the Bridge space is ministry-ready every Sunday morning and Tuesday evening, maintaining an environment conducive to preteen discipleship. 3.
Curriculum & Content Teaching:
Utilize curriculum to prepare and deliver biblically sound, highly applicable messages specifically geared toward 4th & 5th graders, connecting scripture to real-life faith.
Creative Innovation:
Constantly dream up and implement fresh teaching techniques and epic events that make Bridge the place every preteen wants to be. 4.
Pastoral Care & Outreach Family Equipping:
Communicate with and equip Bridge families, maintaining a pastoral heart for both kids and their parents. 5.
Administration & Stewardship Administrative Excellence:
Oversee key administrative systems, including up-to-date web content and organized processes that support families and volunteers.
