Job Overview:
We are a luxury custom home remodeling company. Our crossroads are 7th St. & Thunderbird. This position is Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. In this role, you will support the Pre-Construction Director and Project Operations & Client Relations Manager with a variety of clerical and operational tasks. This position requires an individual who is a highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain vendor lists
  • Source and recruit licensed, insured subcontractors
  • Manage the Change Order tracker and Pre-Construction tracker
  • Follow up with sub-contractors via phone and email regarding pre-construction details
  • Confirm that sub-contractors are in Sub-Agreement
  • Upload, organize, and maintain documents using Co-Construct
  • Create and update field/office/Project Manager binders
  • Recruit and vet licensed and insured subcontractors
  • Assist in creating spreadsheets and punch lists for each project
  • Assist with following up with sub-contractors for quotes/bids
  • Assist with managing calendars
  • Perform various administrative duties, as assigned to support the pre-construction and operations team
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Positive attitude and capability to meet strict timelines
  • Details:
  • Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm
  • Medical, Vision, Dental, Life benefits after 90 days

$19

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation and smart phone is mandatory
