Job Description

We are hiring a Resident Assistant to work 3rd shift 11 pm - 7 am part-time in our beautiful memory care community on a horse farm just north of Lexington! Make a Difference Every Evening! Your Role Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.) Provide companionship and emotional support Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members What We're Looking For A caring heart and positive attitude Ability to work 2nd shift part time/full time Ability to work every other weekend Previous senior care experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
