The schools provide educational opportunities to students with low-incidence disabilities and a variety of unique needs. As a Residential Advisor, you'll play a vital role in promoting positive behavior, fostering life skills, and helping students reach their full potential both inside and outside the classroom. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:

Provides guidance, direction, and support to promote students' personal growth, independence, and social skills. Assists students with daily living activities, homework, and the development of life skills. Maintains a positive and respectful living environment that encourages cooperation and good citizenship. Plans, organizes, and participates in recreational, social, and educational activities. Monitors student behavior and addresses issues in accordance with established policies and procedures. Communicates with staff, parents, and administration regarding student needs, concerns, and progress. Maintains required logs, reports, and documentation related to student activities and care. Responds to emergencies and follows established safety and security protocols.
