Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents' needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and completetimelydocumentation.
