Map Certification Schedule:

40 hrs Sunday 3p-11p, Wednesday 3p-11p, Thursday 3p-11p Friday 3p-11p and Saturday 9a-5p This Residential Team Leader position is a floater position. A floater is assigned to a maximum of 4 residential programs. The floater has a set weekly schedule, but the work location will be of the programs assessed by the Associate Director of Residential Services. Job Objectives:

Job Responsibilities Physically and emotionally assist and support the individuals of NuPath Day Programs to live a healthy lifestyle, in a clean, safe, secure community life. To support individuals, through either day supports or residential supports, to be an integral part of their communities and to choose and participate in the community activities of their choice. Ensure all aspects and protocols of case management, advocacy, safety, and community membership, and case records are followed. Follow all agency policies and attend/participate actively in staff and supervision meetings. Must be First Aid, CPR, Map, PABC trained Due to the requirements of this position we are seeking a Male staff in accordance with the Bona Fide Occupational Qualification Requirement (BFFQ).

Education/Experience Requirements:
