Positions Available:
1 Full-Time AM (1.0 FTE), 2 Full-time PMs (0.8 FTE), and 1 Part-Time NOCs (0.6 FTE).
Shift times:
AM 6am-2pm, PM 2pm-10pm and NOC 10pm-6am.

! Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in our assisted living and memory care facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, particularly with individuals who have developmental disabilities, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while fostering a supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide personal care and support to residents in a respectful and dignified manner. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor vital signs when necessary. Engage residents in social activities and promote their emotional well-being through companionship and conversation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident living areas, ensuring a safe environment. Document resident care activities accurately using EMR systems. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Support residents with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when required. Assist with behavior management strategies for residents with special needs or challenging behaviors. Experience Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or similar settings is preferred. Familiarity with caregiving practices for individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs is highly desirable. Experience working in group homes or personal care homes is a plus. Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols is beneficial. A background in social work or direct support roles will be considered an asset. Valid driver's license may be required for transportation purposes within the facility or community.
