PM Job Description:

Lily's Place Residential is focused on residential treatment for women with substance use disorder and their children. An employee in this position will oversee clients in daily living and therapeutic areas. The employee will provide training on daily living skills if needed, in areas such as laundry, bed-making, meal preparation, grocery shopping, doctor appointments, etc. Residential staff pay is $15/hour. Duties (including, but not limited to):

  • Provide guidance and training to client and children on daily living skills, including but not limited to, food preparation, cleaning, laundry and therapeutic destress activities
  • Provide assistance to clients in developing daily/weekly schedules to ensure progress toward treatment goals
  • Attend all meetings as required
  • Be punctual and dependable
  • Document activities as required
  • Transport clients and their children as needed
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience working with substance use disorders preferred
  • Promotes a stigma-free work environment through language and attitude
  • Able to take direction and work as part of a team
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated skills
  • Must demonstrate a clear understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality when working with individuals and the professional staff in partner agencies
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have 2 years of continuous sobriety if in recovery Random drug testing required Background checks required Send resume to rachel@lilysplace.
