Schedules:

Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, and mobility. Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies during the night. Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to nursing staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment in resident rooms and common areas. Provide reassurance and support to residents, promoting a calm and comfortable atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred, but not required. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities. Must be able to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed.
