Job Description

Hired 3 in the last 3 months, always looking for good candidates. 10-15% annual Bonus About Our Client my client is one of the most respected and experienced groups of multifamily builders in the country. They consistently rank in the top 10 for multi-family general contractors, and are looking to hire an assistant superintendent in the Arlington, VA area Job Description Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve any site-related issues. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Support the Superintendent in maintaining project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of daily site activities and progress reports. Assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Experience with construction projects and site management. Knowledge of safety standards and construction best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with construction management software is a plus. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000. Permanent position with growth potential in the construction field.
