What You'll Do:

Generate and follow up on leads (both company-provided and self-generated). Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess roofing needs. Educate customers on solutions for roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. Prepare estimates, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Ensure customer satisfaction from first meeting to final project completion.

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing, coachable, and motivated to succeed. Goal-oriented with a proven work ethic. Strong communication and people skills—you enjoy helping others. Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on residential roofs (training provided). Valid driver's license Minimum 3 years sales experience
