Summary We are seeking a Residential Aide to join our compassionate team at The Lutheran Home at Kane. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient support, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. We are looking to fill two part-time positions. Responsibilities Provides direct support and care to residents in a residential setting. Maintains accurate documentation of resident activities and progress. Assists with daily activities such as medication administration, activities of daily living, transportation, resident activities, and housekeeping duties. Individuals will receive medication administration training/certification, CPR/First Aid training, diabetic training, as well as all other necessary on the job training and education. No CNA required. Individuals must have a high school diploma or GED, current driver's license, and a clean driving record. Call-To-Action!
