Job Description

Enriching Growing Minds, LLC provides safe, structured group home environments for young men ages 11-21. We focus on empowerment, compliance, and individualized care to help residents thrive and grow with dignity.

Responsibilities:

Support residents with daily living (meals, hygiene, recreation, appointments). Implement care plans and document notes. Promote independence through skill-building activities. Ensure compliance with safety and state regulations..

Qualifications:

High school diploma (Associate's/Bachelor's in Human Services preferred). Experience in residential care or social services a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver's license; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
