HVAC Comfort Advisor / Residential HVAC Sales Consultant Airmax Air Conditioning and Heating Service that Soars Airmax Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. This position combines inside and outside sales, helping homeowners and light commercial customers make informed decisions about HVAC repair and replacement options. We believe in educating customers, providing honest recommendations, and delivering quality workmanship—not high-pressure sales. Qualifications 2-3 years of HVAC industry experience with an emphasis on residential systems (light commercial preferred). Above-average knowledge of HVAC products, applications, airflow, duct design, local codes, and installation practices. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Comfortable using tablets, CRM software, and estimating tools. Responsibilities Live and demonstrate Airmax's core values every day. Present HVAC repair and replacement options. Present financing options. Prepare accurate estimates using company pricing while maintaining target sales margins. Review daily service activity for residential, commercial, and home warranty sales opportunities. Work with home warranty providers to obtain authorizations. Meet customers on-site to explain repair and replacement options and address concerns. Respond promptly to company-generated sales leads. Compensation Non-recoverable weekly base salary plus commission.
