full-time Job description We are a rapidly growing architecture firm with over 30 years of experience specializing in residential projects. We are seeking a Full-Time Residential Project Associate/ Architectural Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working through drawings from start to completion, communicating with our leadership, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Heavy use of AutoCAD LT to produce 2D architectural drawings from preliminary sketches through to completed construction documents of single-family residential homes. Work through Construction Documents from start to completion. Communicate with leadership to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. Skills or Requirements Detailed and accuracy oriented Excellent organizational skills Eager to learn Growth oriented Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to manage projects simultaneously Time management skills Strong Proficiency in AutoCAD Residential construction documentation experience Some roofing knowledge is a plus but not required MS Office Communication and Interpersonal skills Team player Benefits Paid Vacation / sick days / Holidays (PTO) Health / Dental / Vision Insurance available for full-time employees Casual office environment 5-day work week (M
