Company Description Our Job Corps programs provide life-changing services that help young people succeed in school, obtain good jobs, excel in their chosen fields, and serve as contributing members of their communities. We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships. Responsible for supervision of staff and trainees to ensure a safe and secure operation of assigned Social Development areas. Screens applicants for employment and makes hiring recommendations. Responsible for the supervision of staff. May act as the Residential Supervisor in their absence

Conducts small group meetings, operates dormitory, coordinate services and resolves problems

Supervises students in performance of work details

Maintains students' folders and logs: Dormitory activity, pack out, medication disbursement, and work orders

Responsible for observation and monitoring of staff

Restocks dorm supplies, prepares student luggage for shipping

Ensures supplies are delivered to each dorm in a timely manner

Ensures all Social Development programs or procedures are implemented in the dormitories

Provides training to staff and students

Provides feedback and improvement plans for those who do not meet expectations

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Minimum of two years' experience working with youth or related experience and/or training, including supervisory experience

Must be able to work any shift and day of the week

Valid State Driver License
