The Resident Assistant performs a variety of assistive care duties, under the direct supervision of the shift leader or administrator to ensure the residents individual service plan (ISP) is being followed. Encourage residents to maintain their independence, assist and guide residents with activities of daily living as necessary. Provide a home like environment that encourages the optimum level of physical, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual activity. The Resident Assistant works independently, using sound judgement in the provision of personal and medical care, activities and housekeeping/laundry services as scheduled. Must maintain a caring attitude towards residents at all times and be capable of good judgment in all situations.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Must be CBRF Certified or CNA Training Mental Health Experience preferred Reliable Transportation Positive Attitude This is a part time second shift position 2p-8p and every other weekend Please text 262-219-6398 for additional information
