  • Nursing Job Type Full-time, Part-time Resident Assistant RA at LindenGrove Mukwonago - FT & PT Available 837 E Veterans Way, Mukwonago, WI 53149 LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Resident Assistant (RA).
We offer assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within.
Shifts:
  • AM, PM or Night shifts available
  • Shift Differential for
PM and Night Shifts Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintains and actively promotes effectivemunication with residents/patients/clients and family members / personal representatives.
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in themunity keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Perform care as directed by the Director of Nursing A/L.
  • Promptly notify the on-duty Nurse of any change in resident status.
  • Provide services consistent with the resident service plan.
  • Participate in required initial and ongoing training programs andplete 15 hours of in-service training per year.
  • Use proper body mechanics in the performance of all tasks.
  • Only perform tasks in which training has been provided.
  • Always practice standard precautions.
  • Document services in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Cooperate with scheduling to aplish adequate coverage for resident services.
