Set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways, The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden s and apartments. Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.

CURRENT SCHEDULING NEEDS

Part-time (0.6 FTE) and Full-time AM Shift

• 6:00am
• 2:00pm
  PM Shift
• 2:00pm
• 10:00pm
  NOC Shift
• 10:00pm
• 6:00am

COMPENSATION

$17.50

• $18.

62 per hour (based on experience)

Enjoy an additional $2/hour on PMs and NOCs

JOB SUMMARY

A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. They help with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet, and also offer emotional support andpanionship. RAs play a vital role in ensuring residents' well-being and independence. Community-based residential facilities (CBRF) training preferred, but can be provided! Requirements

At least 18 years of age.

Caregiving:

1 year (preferred)

CBRF training (preferred, not required)

CPR Certification (preferred)

Applicants must be located within approximately 30 minutes of Watertown, WI.
