No Job Description We're looking for a Support Coordinator of Diagnostic Imaging who is excited to help keep our Diagnostic Imaging department running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll coordinate clerical and receptionist functions, support department personnel, work with RIS and scheduling software, and assist with billing verification and record retrieval. We value strong organization, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-stress environment. Key Responsibilities Support the smooth and efficient operation of clerical and receptionist duties throughout the Diagnostic Imaging department Work with RIS and scheduling software, including implementation, maintenance, and personnel training Support scheduling processes and maintain an understanding of radiology procedures and preparations Perform billing verification, record retrieval, and other support-related departmental tasks in analogue and digital environments Provide basic computer troubleshooting and accurately input information Train departmental personnel on support-area processes, including RIS and scheduling software and procedures Operate office equipment and maintain accuracy in typing and documentation Utilize PACS knowledge when applicable Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient- or mission-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
