full-time Job Summary Peer Coach | Maternal Peer Coach About Three20 Recovery Three20 Recovery is a community-based recovery organization providing person-centered peer support, resource navigation, education, and connection to multiple pathways of recovery. Position Summary We are hiring a Peer Coach and a Maternal Peer Coach. Both positions use lived experience and peer-support training to help participants identify goals, strengthen recovery capital, connect with resources, and engage in the recovery pathways that work for them. The Maternal Peer Coach provides additional support to pregnant and parenting participants. Primary Responsibilities Provide individual peer recovery support and assist participants with self-identified recovery goals and plans. Complete enrollments, service documentation, follow-up, and required reports accurately and on time. Connect participants with treatment, healthcare, housing, transportation, benefits, employment, education, and other community resources. Facilitate or co-facilitate classes, groups, outreach activities, and other member services. Use agency-approved recovery tools, curricula, technology, and engagement strategies. Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, ethical standards, and dependable communication with participants and staff. Participate in supervision, training, team meetings, and collaboration with community partners. Maternal Peer Coach Focus Provide trauma-informed peer support during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Help participants navigate prenatal and postpartum care, pediatric care, WIC, home- visiting programs, childcare, and other family supports. Build relationships with maternal-health providers, hospitals, treatment programs, and family-serving organizations. Support maternal recovery groups, outreach events, and community education activities. Qualifications An Indiana peer credential such as CPSP, CPRC, or CPRC-A, or the ability to obtain the required credential within an agreed-upon timeframe. Knowledge of substance-use disorders, recovery support, multiple pathways of recovery, and community resources. Strong communication, organization, documentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality, appropriate boundaries, and professional ethical standards. For the Maternal Peer Coach role: relevant lived or professional experience supporting pregnant or parenting individuals is preferred.
