Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about helping adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities build meaningful, connected lives in their communities. We are looking for a Support Coordinator to lead a dynamic day program site and help turn ideas into meaningful opportunities for the individuals we support. In this role, you will: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a community-based program site. Supervise, support, and develop staff to provide high-quality, person-centered services. Design and implement creative community programming focused on social, recreational, and vocational development. Develop employment opportunities and provide direct job development for individuals interested in working in their communities. Build strong relationships with local businesses, employers, community organizations, and other partners . Create opportunities for individuals to participate, contribute, connect, and belong in their communities. Encourage staff to think creatively and move beyond traditional program activities. Support individuals in developing skills, pursuing interests, and achieving greater independence. We're Looking for

From $56,830.00 per year
