This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about working with children and adolescents and have experience supporting youth with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. As a TM, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents in their home and community settings to help them build the skills needed for everyday success. Using a strength-based and relationship-focused approach, you will support youth in developing age-appropriate social skills, emotional regulation, communication, problem-solving, and independent living skills. You will also collaborate closely with caregivers and clinical team members to reinforce strategies and support consistent progress across environments. We are looking for individuals who not only have experience working with children and youth, but who are patient, engaging, and committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of the families they serve. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or professionals pursuing careers in psychology, social work, counseling, or education who want hands-on experience and professional growth in the behavioral health field. What You'll Do Provide services in home, school, and community settings Help youth practice communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living skills Coach and model positive behaviors during real-life situations Support youth with community activities that promote independence and peer interaction Follow individualized treatment plans and support goals outlined by the hub provider Collaborate with caregivers, clinicians, and team members to support consistent care Share updates on progress, needs, and barriers with the hub provider Support caregivers with strategies to reinforce skills at home Participate on weekly supervisions and monthly staff meetings Maintain accurate and timely documentation Required Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and an active car insurance (role involves transport clients using a personal vehicle) Ability to pass a background check High school diploma or GED and a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children/adolescents or transition-age youth. OR Bachelor's degree or Associate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, Human Services, or related field and one (1) year of experience working with children/adolescents or transition-age youth. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual a plus (English-Spanish)
