Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Social Services Director and Business Office Manager with various tasks as assigned Develop a rapport with residents and present their concerns to center management Assist with Resident Council Assist with admission and discharge paperworks Help answer and transfer calls

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to speak, understand, write and read in English Previous experience in a long term care setting

PREFERRED

Ability to pass a background screening with no disqualifying events
