The Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield is looking for an energetic, dedicated, and vision-driven Teen Coordinator to lead our Teen Center! In this role, you won't just run programs—you'll create a safe, vibrant, and inclusive space where local teens build confidence, explore career paths, develop leadership skills, and forge lifelong friendships. If you're a natural mentor and community builder, this is your opportunity to spark real change.

What You'll Do Lead & Innovate Teen Programs Drive Daily Operations:

Oversee the energy and flow of our brand new Teen Center (scheduled to open January 2027), keeping it fun, safe, and welcoming.

Empower Future Leaders:

Develop and guide signature initiatives like Keystone, Torch Club, summer Junior Leaders, summer teen programming, and workforce readiness workshops. Grow the

Community:

Recruit, retain, and actively engage teen members through creative, high-quality experiences.

Track Success:

Monitor attendance, evaluate program outcomes, ensure quality, and support grant objectives.

Build & Mentor Your Team Coach & Inspire:

Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, mentors, and volunteers to foster an supportive team environment. Lead by

Coordinate schedules and provide on-the-ground coaching to keep team morale and program standards high.

Role Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Human Services, Education, or a related field preferred— OR 5+ years of hands-on experience in youth development.

Drive & Credentials:

A valid driver's license is required. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred (or the willingness to obtain it).

Skills:

Strong communication, organizational leadership, and an innate ability to connect authentically with teens.

Physical Capability:
