Job Duties:

Responsible for educating the community and our partners regarding our hospice services.
Manage all accounts within defined territory which include hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, physicians and other in a position to refer home health to Acacia.
Develop Pre-Call plan/Weekly Routing and visits.
Developing and presenting educational information to community.
Prepare and conduct in-services with accounts.
Reports to the Director of Business Development and works closely with the Clinical Interdisciplinary Group, Intake Coordinator and office staff.
Other duties as assigned by DBD and leadership team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Healthcare Sales Professional. Experience in hospice required.
Two year experience in health care sales and marketing.

Strong knowledge of the Hospice philosophy, industry, and regulations relevant to job responsibilities.
