Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Volunteer Coordinator to lead and inspire our volunteer engagement initiatives. In this role, you will be the driving force behind recruiting, training, and managing volunteers within Miracles In Motion. Your energetic leadership will foster a vibrant volunteer community, ensuring impactful service delivery and meaningful community connections. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive volunteer recruitment strategies, including campus and high school recruitment efforts and social media campaigns, to attract diverse volunteers. Coordinate volunteer onboarding and training sessions to ensure volunteers are well-prepared and motivated. Manage volunteer databases using Volgistics to track engagement, hours, and program participation. Supervise and support volunteer teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Organize and facilitate volunteer engagement programs, events, and to foster involvement. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing volunteer inquiries promptly and maintaining positive relationships. Lead public speaking engagements and presentations to promote volunteer opportunities and organizational initiatives. Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely execution of volunteer programs. Utilize social media management tools to promote volunteer activities and highlight success stories across digital platforms. Monitor volunteer performance through regular feedback sessions, recognizing achievements and providing coaching as needed. Experience Proven experience in volunteer coordination or management within community or social service organizations. Demonstrated success in recruiting volunteers through campus outreach, social media campaigns, or community events. Strong database management skills. Excellent written communication skills for creating engaging content, reports, and training materials. Skilled in public speaking, team leadership, and supervising diverse groups of volunteers or staff members Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation purposes. Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
