Garrett County Community Action Committee, Inc. - Aging and Nutrition services are seeking a part-time Content Specialist 3 for the Swanton Senior Nutrition Site on Mondays & Tuesdays. Primary responsibility is welcoming clients, tracking attendance and activities, making announcements, facilitating activities, completing paperwork, making bank deposits planning, and monitoring daily activities at the center. Experience with older adults and basic computer skills is required. Must be Serv Safe, CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain. This is a permanent part-time position of 16 hours per week at $ 15.85/hr. Part-time employees will accrue benefits in accordance with percentage of hours worked. A full time employee shall be credited with 1 1/2 days of sick leave for each month worked. Part time employee's eligible for sick leave will be granted leave on a pro-rated basis. All employees regularly scheduled for at least 500 hours per year will participate with the Maryland State Retirement Pension plan.
