Two years Job Description The Family Specialist I will work as part of a family treatment team; interviews clients and assesses needs; coordinates with community services; teaches daily life skills, provides supportive counseling, crisis intervention, verbal de-escalation, or physical intervention. Must have a flexible schedule. Must be able to understand dynamics of children with behavioral and emotional challenges. Must be able to write routine reports. Must be able to obtain
OQMHP - PNMI
certification within one year of employment. Must have a valid State of Maine driver's license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000 to provide safe transportation for clients. Hourly Rate - $20.00/hour CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
