We're hiring A Support Specialist for our Supported Employment program. This role supports individuals working in our Waverly Trinkets & Togs Thrift store and other local business and reflects our GREATS values: Growth, Respect, Equality, Accountability, Teamwork, and Service.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily tasks and workplace expectations Provide coaching and skill development Support a positive, inclusive work environment

This is a regular part time position, scheduled approximately 30 hours per week. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license and car insurance. 60 semester hours of college (or a two year degree) OR 2 years of experience in human services is required.
