Hourly Rate:
$33.00/hr (local candidates within 50 miles); $39.00/hr (travel candidates 50+ miles) Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:
Deliver evidence-based SUD and COD group services to clients Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., ASAM, SBIRT) and develop individualized treatment plans Support clients in linking to community resources and formal service systems Collaborate with outpatient providers to coordinate integrated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with confidentiality and reporting standards Supervise and mentor provisionally licensed staff Participate in community outreach, trainings, and compliance activities
What You Need:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field LISW or LMHC licensure (required) Experience working with co-occurring disorders and utilizing ASAM assessments preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in team settings Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance About the
