Job Description
SCOPE OF WORK
The Adult Intake Counselor is responsible for providing intake, screening, assessment, referral, and admission services for adults seeking substance use disorder treatment. The Adult Intake Counselor serves as the initial point of contact for clients entering treatment and is responsible for conducting comprehensive substance use disorder evaluations, determining eligibility for services, facilitating admissions, coordinating referrals, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with the Treatment Program's Policies and Procedures Manual, DSM-5, ASAM Criteria, and applicable tribal, state, and federal regulations.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
