Lead Counselor Position Summary The Part‑Time Primary Counselor provides group counseling and supports individual client needs within our Outpatient Program's Evening IOP. This role helps maintain high‑quality clinical services, accurate documentation, and a supportive environment for clients and staff. Qualifications LCDC‑II or higher preferred Prior counseling or SUD experience preferred Key Responsibilities Facilitate group counseling sessions Provide individual counseling as needed Develop individualized treatment plans when appropriate Complete SUD assessments as assigned Maintain current, complete, and compliant client records in accordance with ODBH, CARF, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2 Make referrals to appropriate community agencies when indicated Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead Counselor To Apply Please send your resume to
