MedMark Treatment Centers seeks a Chemical Dependency Counselor to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with opioid use disorder in our outpatient programs. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling focused on recovery and long-term wellness. You will collaborate closely with medical and interdisciplinary team members to support outcomes-based treatment, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
