Job Duties What you'll do at

DBH :

Conduct vocational screenings, interviews, and assessments. Develop individualized vocational plans and teach transferable job skills, including preparing clients to seek employment after discharge. Coordinate and monitor client participation in Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare Vocational Services "Work Program." Document client progress and write routine progress notes. Support therapeutic activities and maintain attendance records. Escort clients to on‑ and off‑unit programs as needed. Serve on hospital committees and perform miscellaneous duties to support an integrated psychosocial rehabilitation approach. Perform other duties as assigned. Pay Range Schedule . Normal working hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. This position is located within our Northwest Ohio Behavioral Healthcare location, located at 930 South Detroit Avenue, Toledo, OH 43614. Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
