Position Summary:

Amethyst Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our Dane County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) team in a dual role as Therapist/Service Facilitator. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide both clinical and case management services, supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery and community integration.

Responsibilities :

Provide individual and/or group therapy to CCS participants in accordance with the CCS service array and recovery-oriented principles. Serve as a Service Facilitator for assigned clients—developing, coordinating, and monitoring individualized recovery plans. Conduct comprehensive assessments, facilitate team meetings, and ensure client goals reflect their strengths and preferences. Coordinate services and collaborate with clinical supervisors, community providers, and support networks. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with CCS and DHS 36 requirements. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Eligible for licensure in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Knowledge of CCS, recovery models, and community-based services in Dane County is a plus.

Employment Type :

Full-time.

Compensation:

Pay is based on billable services provided, rather than hourly. Competitive rates commensurate with experience and credentials.
